Certainly, this conversation is completely without obligation and free! An introductory meeting usually lasts 30 minutes. During the conversation I can find out exactly what you are looking for, what your planning is and which package ultimately best suits your wishes.

Of course, preparing a quote does not entail any costs. After making the quotation you are not obliged to accept it. If you decide not to opt for it, that's no problem. The standard validity period of a quotation is two weeks, which gives you plenty of time to think about it. If the quote reaches its expiration date without acceptance, it will be automatically canceled.

The quotation price is determined by a two-step process:

1. Choose package form:
   During the introductory meeting I will get to know your housing needs better. In this phase we choose a package form that best suits your needs. A starting price has been set for each package based on approximately 50m2 or 1 space.
   
   
2. Determine space:
   We will then look together at which areas will be addressed and whether they fall within one package or whether expansion is required. Some spaces require more customization and are therefore treated within one package, while other spaces are charged per square meter.

The following rooms are considered one room:

• Bathroom
• Kitchen (with customization)
• Custom built-in wardrobe
• Spaces with custom design

The following spaces are calculated per square meter:

• Living room
• Dining room
• Hall
• Salvage
• Kitchen (without customization, for example if it is already built-in)
• Bedroom
• Dressing room (without customization)
• Office
• Toilet
• Other areas

Based on this, I prepare a quotation in which I determine the price.

Package 1
This will be invoiced in full as standard after the quotation has been approved.

Package 2 & 3
These are divided into two payment terms as standard. When the quote has been approved, you will receive an invoice for the first half (50%) of the process. As soon as this has been paid, we start phase 1. When we arrive at phase 4 you will receive the last part (50%) of the invoice. The visualization process begins after this payment is completed.

If you have difficulty determining the optimal layout for your space, suffer from choice stress, or simply need a professional because you do not have the insight into how to approach it yourself. You will be shown different 2D setups, so you can really experience the space experience. After the chosen layout plan, you will have a clear insight into which furniture and shapes do or do not fit in the space. With this knowledge you can then get started with the realization of your home!

If you are moving, renovating or simply ready for a new interior design, but you have no idea where to start and would rather leave everything to a professional.

With this package I take care of all aspects, from a layout plan, use of color and materials, the shopping list to the complete atmosphere! Everything is presented in a complete plan. In addition, you will receive 3D photorealistic visuals that give a clear picture of what the room(s) will ultimately look like. This is the ideal package if you want to outsource everything.

A color and materials plan includes the specifications of colors and materials used in a design project.

In this plan you will find details about:

1. Color palette:
   The specific colors and paint shades used in the design. This includes main colors, accent colors and possibly secondary colors.
   
   
2. Materials:
   The types of materials used for floors, walls, furniture, and other elements in the room. For example, types of wood, fabrics, metals, tiles, etc.
   
   
3. Application:
   Instructions on where specific colors and materials should be used in the room.
   
   
4. Steel:
   If available, you will receive as many samples as possible of the materials and colors used. These samples can be, for example, small samples of fabrics, paint samples, wood samples and other tangible representations.

This is not a standard part of a package. You can take this package as a supplement for an additional cost of 150 euros. You will receive a 2D drawing with the exact location of all light points in the room. The amount of lighting each room needs is carefully determined.

The usual timeframe for delivering a design plan varies depending on the complexity and size of the project. In general, we aim to complete the design plan within two to eight weeks after the initial housing intake intake and obtaining all necessary information. Please note that the exact term also depends on availability and scheduling. It is therefore advisable to plan the introduction as early as possible before the delivery of the home, as this improves the efficiency of the design process!
