Right of withdrawal & cancellation
Have you purchased a punch card for lessons or a spot in a group training at House of Neve, but still wish to cancel? As a consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, without having to provide a reason. Below you can read exactly how this works with us and you can immediately request your cancellation.
Cancellation policy punch card & group training sessions
You purchase your multi-ride pass or training spot remotely, via our webshop. According to Dutch and European consumer law, you therefore have the right to cancel this purchase within 14 days of the purchase date free of charge, without giving any reason.
When can you still cancel?
- Your purchase is 14 days old or less.
- Your punch card has not yet been (partially) used.
- You have not yet participated in the group training for which you registered.
If one of these conditions does not apply, your purchase is unfortunately already in progress, and the legal right of withdrawal expires. If you want to reschedule or cancel an already scheduled lesson, please contact us – our regular cancellation policy applies (free rescheduling or cancellation up to 24 hours in advance).
How does cancellation work?
Fill in the form with your order number and purchase date. Is this within 14 days? Then we will receive your request and contact you quickly. You will receive your money back within 14 days.
You can no longer cancel outside this period. Please feel free to contact us then.

Cancellation policy private lessons
For each 1-on-1 lesson or private training session, I reserve time in my schedule. In the event of a late cancellation, I often cannot fill that slot again. Therefore, I apply the following conditions — thank you for your understanding!
De afspraak wordt kosteloos geannuleerd of verzet.
We brengen 50% van de geboekte uren in rekening, of je verzet de afspraak kosteloos.
We brengen 100% van de geboekte uren in rekening.
